Shipping
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered.
Additional taxes and charges
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
* Delivery times are there as a guideline and we will do our very best to get your order with you in those times however, sometimes there may be things that we cannot control which may delay these times.
** Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted

UAE / GCC / Rest of the world deliveries:
- We ship worldwide, although due to recent regulations
- We will send you an email as soon as your item has been shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your order through our shipper’s portal.
- We use Aramex for all our international and UAE deliveries.
- All duties and taxes that you might be charged are not at the responsibility of Malachite UAE.
- Any other extra charges such as change of address or re scheduling of your order, would be a cost you would need to cover.
